We’re seeking a meticulous and talented Mid-Weight Retoucher to join our team in London. This is a hands-on role, contributing directly to the quality and impact of our clients’ imagery. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, excellent visual judgment, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards across all work.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-end retouching across complex high end campaign and editorial work, including advanced skin retouching, colour grading, compositing, and file preparation for both digital and print delivery

Collaborate closely with senior retouchers and the wider team to execute direction from photographers, art directors, and clients

Maintain consistent quality across projects, ensuring all work is delivered to brief and on schedule

Manage workload efficiently, demonstrating strong time management and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure

Contribute to a collaborative and professional studio environment
Skills

2–3 years of experience in a professional studio environment, ideally within fashion, beauty, or advertising sectors

Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop; working knowledge of Capture One and other relevant tools

Strong attention to detail, colour accuracy, and image consistency
A proactive attitude and interest in keeping up with industry standards and techniques

Junior
Retoucher

We are looking for a Junior Retoucher to join our London team. This role is ideal for someone in the early stages of their post-production career who has strong foundational skills, a keen eye, and a desire to grow in a fast-paced studio environment. You’ll work under the guidance of senior team members to support in delivering high-quality imagery for a range of commercial and editorial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in image retouching tasks, including colour correction, cleanup, and masking.
- Support the wider retouching team in preparing and delivering files across ongoing projects.
- Maintain attention to detail while meeting project deadlines.
- Learn and adopt studio workflows and naming conventions.
- Actively contribute to a positive and professional working environment.
Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in image retouching (internship or studio assistant roles considered).
- Solid working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop; familiarity with Capture One a plus.
- Basic understanding of colour and composition.
- Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills.
- Strong work ethic, communication skills, and ability to take direction.

Producer

We’re looking for a Junior Producer to support our production and post-production teams. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their production career who is highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a creative, fast-paced studio environment. You’ll assist in managing projects from brief to delivery, coordinating schedules, assets, and client communications.
Key Responsibilities

Support producers in managing day-to-day project logistics.

Assist with tracking deadlines, schedules, and deliverables across multiple projects.

Help manage internal workflows, team availability, and booking schedules.

Liaise with clients, photographers, directors, and third-party suppliers where required.

Ensure file delivery standards, naming conventions, and version control are maintained.

Keep clear and accurate records of project status, feedback, and approvals.
Skills & Qualifications

1–2 years experience in a production, creative services, or post-production environment.

Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.

Good working knowledge of project management tools and file-sharing platforms (e.g. WeTransfer, Dropbox, Frame.io, Asana or similar).

Confident communicator, both internally and with clients.

A proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Interest in photography, fashion, and the post-production process is a plus.
